Arturo J. González-Delgado
President, Chief Executive Officer

Arturo J. González-Delgado co-founded the company in 2001. He has over nine years of experience in the telecommunications industry, including positions in the research and development engineering program in the Health Sciences Division at Eastman Kodak, in Rochester, N.Y., Product and CIM Engineer at Motorola, Inc., and as founder and president of IES, a Puerto Rico based electrical engineering, construction and consulting services company. In his current position he is responsible for the development and deploitment of IWG’s operations through the whole Latin America region. He overlooks the financial, marketing, operations, technological and legal aspects of the company in all CALA regions. Mr. González holds a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Puerto Rico and a Juris Doctor degree from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. He is also a registered professional engineer in Puerto Rico and member of the College of Engineers and Surveyors.

Manuel A. Avilés-Avilés
Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer

Manuel A. Avilés Avilés, co-founded the company in 2001. Mr. Avilés has eight years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry and has occupied various operational and management positions at Edwards’ and Kelsey, National Site Development and Velocitel, Inc. While at Velocitel, from 1998 through 2001, Mr. Avilés as Director of Operations for the CALA region, oversaw the initial buildout of co-location towers in the Puerto Rico market and the business development activities through the whole Latin America region. Mr. Aviles holds a B.A in Business Administration from University of Puerto Rico and a Masters in Business Administration in Marketing from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. He is also a licensed Real State Broker in Puerto Rico

Juan M. Salgado-Deliz
Vice President, Chief Financial Officer

Juan M. Salgado-Deliz, joined Innovation Wireless Group in December 2004. Most recently Mr. Salgado was Senior Accountant for the Caribbean at Microsoft, Inc. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Salgado served as Assistant Comptroller for International Shipping Agency, Inc., a marine transportation and logistics company in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Mr. Salgado holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from University of Puerto Rico, and a Master in Business Administration in Finance from InterAmerican University of Puerto Rico. He is an active member of the Institute of Management Accountants.

Edgardo L. Rodríguez-Cardé
General Counsel

Edgardo L. Rodriguez Cardé, has been Innovation Wireless Group general counsel since operations started in 2001. Prior to Innovation Wireless Group, Rodríguez Cardé acted as a Litigation Associate for MacConnell Valdez, the largest full-service law firm in Puerto Rico, participating in commercial and complex environmental litigation, product liability, antitrust and intellectual property matters. As part of the Innovation Wireless Group team, he has been key in the business development strategy for the Caribbean and LatinAmerican markets dealing with corporate structuring, environmental compliance, intellectual property, trademark, and trade secrets. Mr. Rodríguez-Cardé holds a B.S. in Chemical Engineering and a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico, and a Masters of Laws (LL.M.) in Trade Regulation from the New York University School of Law. He is a registered professional engineer and is admitted to practice law in Puerto Rico and in the US District Court.

Edgar R. Montañez-Perez
Director, Architecture and Engineering

Edgar R. Montañez-Pérez, joined Innovation Wireless Group in 2004. Among his responsibilities are the management of all engineering, architecture, permitting and compliance aspects related to the development of the company co-location towers in Puerto Rico. Prior to joining InnovationWireless, Mr. Montañez worked as an architect for several firms dealing mainly with residential, commercial and industrial projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Design and a Masters in Architecture both from University of Puerto Rico.

Pedro M. Taull
Director, Business Development, North America Region

Pedro M. Taull, Development Director for the North America Region, joined Innovation Wireless Group in 2005. Mr. Taull brings to the company over fourteen years of experience in the telecommunications industry. He has held positions as a Systems Engineer for Cellular One in Puerto Rico, Network, Systems and RF Engineer for Sprint PCS in Florida and California, Systems Engineering Manager for Solayre Media and as a consultant for mayor carriers in the west coast. Mr. Taull has been key in the RF design, development and management of over one thousand cell sites in the U.S. and has been responsible for the operation, performance and optimization of several switched networks. He posses vast experience in working with both, Nortel and Lucent systems. Mr. Taull has a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from University of Puerto Rico.

Raul E. Letelier
Director, Business Development, South and Central America

Raúl E. Letelier, Director of Business Development for the South and Central America Regions, joined Innovation Wireless Group in 2004, providing the company with over thirty-five years of international experience in the development and management of telecommunications networks around the globe. Mr. Letelier professional experience encompass several professional positions: from working for Entel as an electronics engineer in Chile, to being Project Manager for ITT in several countries that include Spain, Belgium, France, Switzerland and Senegal. From 1994 to 1997 Mr. Letelier occupied the position of Technical Manager for Colomsat S.A., in Colombia. Prior joining Innovation Wireless, as a private advisor, oversaw the deployment of hundreds of cell sites in Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Guatemala and El Salvador. Mr. Letelier has a B.S. in Electronic Engineering from University of Chile.

Guillermo Ferrer-Cubillán
Director, Business Development, South America

Guillermo Ferrer-Cubillán, Business Development Director for the South America Region joined Innovation Wireless Group in 2003. Mr. Ferrer has over eight years in the wireless telecommunications industry, having held various engineering and management positions at SBA Communications, Inc., CCI Telecom and Movilnet. While at these companies Mr. Ferrer saw the expanded buildout of over 500 sites in the Venezuela and Puerto Rico territories. He has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Temple University and conducted advanced curses in Finance and Management from Universidad Metropolitana and IESA respectively, both in Caracas, Venezuela.

Cristian Panizzi
Director, Business Development, South America

Cristian Panizzi, Director of Business Development for the South America Region, joined Innovation Wireless Group in 2004. Mr. Panizzi has over seven years of experience in the wireless telecommunications industry. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Panizzi held various management positions in several local companies and acted as a business and management consultant for telecommunication companies like NetComm Technologies and Velocitel. Mr. Panizzi has a B.S. in Economics from the National University in Buenos Aires.
